Specifically designed to be an effective yet more affordable option, this package provides you with lifetime access to a ‘live’ recording of the hypnotherapy session.

This package consists of four sessions and is aimed at helping you to lose weight, without the risks that come with surgery.  It will also help you to change your relationship with food and includes subconscious re-programming to encourage healthy eating habits and behaviours.

Single Sessions

We do not tend to recommend single sessions, as the vast majority of issues require a minimum of a few sessions.  However, this option is available to you if you wish to experience a session prior to investing in a package.

These MP3 hypnotherapy recordings are produced and designed specifically to meet your individual therapeutic needs. They are tailor made for you and include your name as well as unique aspects of your therapy. 

We offer recordings from £129.

This package is for you if you want to experience the benefits of counselling/coaching sessions with one of our Counsellors/Coaches on a short-term basis.
